Lee is an experienced coach, author, speaker and lifelong learner. She delights in assisting people of all ages to wake up to what they want most deeply and to discover their innate brilliance. Lee holds a BA in Psychology and a BS in Occupational Therapy. Before becoming a Life Coach, she devoted 18 years to her private Occupational Therapy practice, where she helped children learn, play and thrive in the face of mental and physical challenges.
Lee founded No Limits Coaching in 2001, while training with Thomas Leonard, the founder of coaching. She graduated from Dave Ellis’ ICF-accredited Falling Awake Life Coaching school. Lee is trained in Nonviolent Communication and Re-evaluation Counseling and brings a unique blend of expertise and compassion to her work with individuals and groups across the U.S.
Lee is an active member of the International Coach Federation and served as Vice-President of the Alabama chapter. She was nominated in 2009 to receive the prestigious International Coach of the Year award.
As part of her commitment to pay it forward, she provides pro bono services as a coach trainer, coach and former board member of One to One - Women Coaching Women. This non-profit provides no-cost coaching services to high-potential, low-income women. www.onetoone.info
Lee fills herself up by writing, coaching, dancing, laughing with friends, yoga, watercolor, gardening and walks in the woods. She has 3 children who live from coast-to-coast as well as two grandchildren. She lives overlooking a tree-filled valley in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains with her husband and one spoiled cat, Alley.
Lee donates a percentage of her income to charities that support healthier lives for women and children around the world.
