This retreat is for you, if you're ready to solve your biggest problem or reach your biggest goal.

Over the 2-1/2 days, you will celebrate what a wonderful life you have, create deeper intimacy and joy in your significant relationships, create what you want in all areas of your life, and develop multiple action plans to achieve your life goals. The weekend features video appearances by Dave Ellis, creator of Falling Awake and the twelve Success Strategies.

Lee Sumner, Life Coach trained by Dave Ellis, will facilitate the retreat and provide pre- and post-retreat coaching calls.

  • Move toward love. Be willing to release antagonism, and embrace problems as a step toward solving them.

  • Take responsibility. In any situation, ask How did I create this? And How can I create a new result?

  • Lighten your load. Move toward bliss by letting go of your attachments and expectations, and by choosing new ways to manage stress.

  • Focus your awareness. Release mental distractions and pay exquisite attention to moment-to-moment choices.

  • Listen fully. Open up to receiving any message—compliments, criticisms, or whatever the world is sending you in the moment.

  • Choose your conversations. Understand the role of conversations in creating your world, and enter conversations with care.

  • Change your habits. Take the mystery out of personal transformation by following three simple steps to make consistent changes in your behavior.

  • Persist. When faced with a problem, look beyond the first solutions that occur to you, and stay in action until you get what you want.

  • Contribute. As you get more of what you want in life, find added joy by assisting others to get what they want.

  • Celebrate. Constantly notice what you enjoy about your life right now, and go for fun.

What does this cost?

Workshop Fee: $350

Earlybird Discount: Register by December 15, 2005 and pay only $300.

Deposit: $50 (non-refundable) to reserve your space. The balance is due by February 24, 2006.

Meals: Add $95 to Retreat fee. Includes gourmet meals: 2 lunches, dinner Saturday night and snacks.
