How do I get started?
Call (205.870.1877) or
email Lee to talk with her about your situation and get a taste of what will be possible by working together.
What is coaching?
Coaching is the skill and art of conversation about possibilities. Coaching is a process in which the coach assists the client to determine what he or she wants in all areas of work and life and to then develop realistic action plans to achieve those desires and goals.
Where does coaching take place?
Most coaching is done over the telephone, from the convenience of your home or office. Between-session support is provided by email and laser-coaching phone calls.
How long is each session?
Coaching sessions are typically one call per week for 60 minutes. The sessions are scheduled to meet your needs.
How long before I’ll see results?
Clients regularly report being more focused, effective and optimistic within the first few sessions.
Do I have to sign a contract agreeing to a certain length of time?
You will get the most out of coaching if you stay with it for at least 3-6 months. However, the door is always open and there is no contract for length of services.

What does it cost?
$350 — 2 sessions a month
$500 — 3 sessions a month
$600 — 4 sessions a month
Focus sessions — $200 per session
A focus session is not an ongoing coaching relationship. This is designed for individuals who want to solve a specific problem, plan a project or get support with issues that arise from time to time in their personal or professional life.
What are some of the results I can expect?
When you fully engage in the coaching partnership with someone who “gets” you, you will see and feel positive, lasting results. Real results such as moving quickly from problems to solutions, and from insights to actions. Lasting changes such as feeling calmer, happier and having a positive impact on the world around you.
Is there prep involved?
Yes, the client emails a brief prep form outlining their ‘wins’ for the week and what they want to focus on in that week’s session.
What about privacy?
Everything we share as coach and client is completely confidential.
How is coaching different from therapy or consulting?
Coaching is not therapy, which focuses on the past, the origin of problems and diagnosis. In therapy, clients may talk about the changes they'd like to make in their lives, but the "how to" and the resources are often missing. Nor is it consulting which generally results in giving the client answers. Coaching is more action-oriented in the present and future. It focuses on the client’s desired outcomes to find solutions.
